Sugar Coated Menindee and Sparkling Rosé
These frozen grapes make a refreshing summertime snack and a gorgeous cocktail garnish. Use the leftover sugar and lime mixture to coat the rims of your champagne glasses. Enjoy🥂✨

Ingredients:
• 24 Menindee seedless grapes, rinsed and dried
• 1/2 cup caster sugar
• 2 limes, zest and juice 🍋🟩
• 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
• 2 teaspoons sea salt
Method:
1. On a plate, combine the caster sugar, lime zest, rosemary, and sea salt.
2. Juice the limes and pour the juice into a small bowl.
3. Dip each grape into the lime juice, then roll it in the sugar and rosemary mixture. Place the coated grapes on a lined baking tray.
4. Repeat with the remaining grapes and freeze for at least 3 hours or overnight, covered.
5. Use the leftover lime juice and sugar mixture to coat the rims of champagne glasses.
6. Fill the glasses with chilled sparkling rosé. Add two frozen grapes to a silver cocktail skewer and rest it on the edge of each glass for a stunning garnish.
