Salmon Sashimi with AUTUMCRISP® Grapes & Fried Capers

Ingredients
16 slices salmon sashimi
10 Autumncrisp grapes (thinly sliced)
1/4 cup fried capers
1/2 avocado, diced
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 lemon, juiced
Fresh coriander leaves
Method
1. Simply place your salmon sashimi on a plate, and top each piece with your thinly sliced grape and avocado.
2. Sprinkle on top your fried capers, fresh coriander and drizzle over your olive oil, soy sauce and lemon juice.
