Baked Brie with Midnight Beauty® grapes and marmalade
Method
Serve with: chilli flakes, 2 sprigs fresh rosemary, stalks removed and crackers or crusty bread
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C fan force (390°F). In a 24cm round baking tray, add the brie to the centre.
2. Lightly score the top of the brie into squares. Spread orange marmalade on top of the brie.
3. Scatter grapes and almonds on top. Drizzle with olive oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 10 - 15 minutes.
4. Add rosemary, chilli flakes (optional). Serve with crackers or crusty bread.

1/3 cup slivered almonds
sea salt and cracked pepper
